The optimization of dietary protein sources in poultry nutrition is essential for improving egg quality and nutritional value, particularly in quail production systems. This study assesses the essential amino acid composition in quail eggs under alternative protein regimes to evaluate their impact on egg nutritional quality and production efficiency. The proposed methodology involves controlled feeding trials with different protein sources, including conventional soybean meal and alternative proteins such as plant-based, insect-based, or fermented feed ingredients. Key parameters, including egg production rate, egg weight, feed intake, and essential amino acid profiles (lysine, methionine, threonine, and others), are analyzed using standard laboratory techniques such as chromatography and protein assays. Additional factors such as feed digestibility, nutrient bioavailability, and bird health indicators are monitored to understand their influence on amino acid deposition in eggs. The collected data are preprocessed through cleaning, normalization, and statistical validation to ensure consistency and reliability. Advanced analytical and machine learning models, including regression analysis, Random Forest, and Artificial Neural Networks, are employed to evaluate the relationship between protein regimes and egg amino acid composition. Experimental results indicate that alternative protein sources can effectively maintain or enhance essential amino acid profiles in quail eggs when properly balanced. Certain protein combinations improve amino acid availability and deposition, leading to enhanced egg nutritional quality without compromising production performance. The study identifies optimal protein formulations that maximize both egg quality and feed efficiency. The findings highlight the potential of alternative protein sources in sustainable poultry nutrition. The study concludes that optimizing protein regimes through data-driven approaches provides a scalable and efficient solution for improving egg quality, reducing feed costs, and supporting sustainable quail production systems.
